It is most Terminological or even Philosiphical than Naturological question. Is "Nanotechnology" exsist in modern times? The term "nanotechnology" is implies that present the industrial scale production method that uses the nanoscale science approaches. Now, we have not any technology, that is ground on nanoscale objects such as nanotubes, graphene, fullerens, etc. But we have some devices that use the nanoscale or near-nanoscale objects. It is some of last generation electronic devises, some products of biotechnology (for example, pancreatic hormone industry).

Сейчас много говорят о приоритетных государственных программах, одной из которых являются Нанотехнологии. Хочется спросить: где господдержка, гранты, финансирование?
