One of the organizations’ main concerns is to assure the support to their co-workers regarding rules, processes and behaviors through which are entwined their interests, managing resources and power is given to the organization. Thus, governance assumes an important role for ethical behavior for and within the organization. In this sense, acting ethically has as a main purpose to enhance the organization’s good performance and a better use of the available resources.
We challenge you to send us your paper proposals focused on governance, ethics and its direct and indirect influence on management and well-being of the organizations’ co-workers. It will be privileged proposals regarding Portuguese speaking countries contexts though are also accepted proposals focused on any of the traditional fields of organizational behavior and management. We aim to gather both academics and practitioners to discuss ideas, experiences and knowledge in order to deepen the understanding of management within Portuguese speaking countries, stimulating research and development of topics related to organizational behavior and management.
We hope to see you in this event and count with your collaboration for the understanding of organizational behavior and management in Portuguese speaking countries contexts.
