SNEB invites you to submit abstracts for presentation at the 2017 Annual Conference in Washington, DC July 20 - 24. SNEB is interested in abstracts about research, and/or programs that relate to behavior change and food choice. Abstracts related to this year’s conference theme, Honor the Past, Embrace the Present and Define the Future, are also encouraged. The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) category is included again this year. Abstracts must be no more than 250 words and must follow the specific abstract guidelines.

    FNEE 2017 Pre-conference Call for Abstracts
        The Food and Nutrition Extension Educators (FNEE) Division of the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior invites you to submit abstracts for poster presentations at the 2017 FNEE Pre-conference Workshop in Washington, DC on July 20, 2017. FNEE is interested in abstracts about research and/or programs that relate to this year’s workshop theme:  Next Steps in PSE - Effective Evaluation Methods in Policies, Systems and Environmental (PSE) Interventions.
        This preconference is a follow-up to the 2016 preconference which laid the foundation for PSE in nutrition education. The 2017 preconference focuses on building skills for nutrition educators to evaluate PSE interventions in order to demonstrate program impact in diverse settings (community, school, rural, urban). The workshop will incorporate an opportunity to explore the role of intercultural competency for effective PSE implementation.
    Abstracts related to this year’s conference theme: Honor the Past, Embrace the Present, Define the Future are also encouraged.
