  • Advance care planning and end of life care


  • Innovations in technology to support communication and independence 
  • Innovative approaches to supporting people living with MND and their families
  • Using technology to provide MND education and information
  • Developing a smart home  

Australian health, disability and aged care professionals are facing many changes and challenges as the NDIS and Aged Care reforms roll out nationally. These reforms, along with an acceleration in technological solutions, are also providing unique opportunities to develop innovative approaches to improve the lives of people living with MND and their famililes.   
We are therefore looking for models or strategies that you have developed and/or implemented that are novel and innovative as well as practical and applicable. Please share your outcomes, lessons learned and the impact of your programs, models of care and/or collaborations on people living with motor neurone disease and the service sector.
