Conference will be organized at the Institute of Physics, University of St.Petersburg in Peterhof (35 km from St. Petersburg).
Official Language of the Conference is English.
One half-day sightseeing tour will be arranged for the Conference participants and accompanying persons. The details are being discussed; please let us know if you have any suggestions - your wishes will have the decisive role.
