Postdoctoral Research Associate in Metaphysics (Theories of Parts and Wholes)

Applications are invited for a full-time Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Metaphysics, to work on the Project Parts-Whole Relations within Potentiality, hosted by the Department of Philosophy at Durham University. The Project is directed by Professor Anna Marmodoro. The team also includes two full time Postdoctoral Research Fellows specialising in Philosophy of Physics and the Philosophy of Space-Time respectively. The Project is supported by funding from the Leverhulme Trust.

This post is fixed term for 24 months, e.g. the funding is available from 01 October for this fixed period only.

Successful applicants will, ideally, be in post by 01 October 2019, but a delayed start is negotiable with the Project Director, however, the post must end 30 September 2021 due to funding constraints.
