The 22nd biennial conference on Balkan and South Slavic Linguistics, Literature and folklore will be held at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ on Thursday April 2 - Saturday April 4, 2020.
More information about travel arrangements, hotels, and area attractions (Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tombstone, etc) will be sent out later in the year. Tempe is part of greater Phoenix, and is approximately 15 minutes drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
The conference is hosted by the Melikian Center at ASU, in collaboration with the Department of Russian and Slavic Studies at the University of Arizona. Additional support is provided by ASU's School of International Letters and Cultures, the Mary Choncoff Fund, and the Stephen and Sandra Batalden Fund.
