The 8th  PIMG, International Conference on “Strengthening Strategies, Shaping Policies and Empowering Personnel: Key to  Organizational Competitiveness” will allow academicians, business managers, researchers, policy makers, experts and students worldwide to meet and share knowledge of various strategies and policies, as this conference addresses the issues and practices that contribute in redefining business operations through intellectual amalgamation of strategy, policies and Personnel and definitely in presence of restructured yet simplified technologies. The Institute will also confer “The Best Thesis Award” to the Best PhD on the occasion of the Eighth International Conference. The academicians whose PhD is awarded between January 2007 to October 2016 are eligible to participate in the contest. Abstract received will be published in Souvenir. Selected full research papers will be published in the form of edited book with ISBN, which will be released in the Inaugural Ceremony of the conference and will be distributed to all the registered participants presenting research papers in the Conference.
