On behalf of the Organising Committee, I cordially invite you to participate in the CHIRALITY 2014 (26th International Symposium on Chiral Discrimination, ISCD-26), which will be held in Prague, Czech Republic, from 27 to 30 July 2014.

This well established international conference will provide a forum for broad scientific and technological exchange among researchers from all around the world. The intention is to emphasise the significance and multidisciplinary character of cutting-edge research on chirality aspects and, accordingly, to put together researchers and students from different branches of chemistry and from academia and industry.

As a modern society based on knowledge largely benefits from a commercialisation of academic research outcomes, we hope to attract the attention of industrial chemists to participate actively in the event. Traditionally, the programme will take place in two parallel sections and will include plenary and invited lectures, short communications, poster presentations and an exhibition.

The CHIRALITY 2014 is organised by the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, which maintains the best tradition of Czech science. We are aware of the necessity of paying attention not only to an attractive scientific programme but also to make the conference sociable providing warm hospitality to the participants.
