AIE conferences are built around a number of strands designed to explore aspects of theory and practice which relate to the overall conference theme. Within each strand, presenters have the opportunity to share, with other strand participants, their experience and ideas relating to a topic accepted for inclusion in the strand programme. Presentations should be informative, innovative and challenging, stimulating discussion and debate. Each presentation will last for a maximum of 20 minutes, followed by around 25 minutes of discussion. Participants and presenters are expected to remain in the same strand group for all strand sessions, so that ideas developed through ongoing discussion can lead to recommendations and suggestions for future action.STRAND TOPICS
