It is our pleasure to inform you that Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior invites you to associate with the upcomingNational Seminar on “Global Advancements in HRM : Innovations & Practices”. Each era poses substantial challenges to the researchers and academicians. The latest challenge that is being posed in our time is by the dominant multi-generational workforce. It would act as a rendezvous for the participants to listen to views and experiences pertaining to the emerging challenges in different verticals of business due to the existing demographics. This seminar, therefore, is designed to provide an opportunity for practitioners and scholars for an interface with scholars from the various disciplines of knowledge. It is a premier event for the professionals, researchers, academicians and industrialists to share their experiences with each other. This would enrich the participants and lead to an awakening among them.
Academicians, Professionals, Researchers and students engaged in the field of Management are hereby invited to contribute original papers for the proposed National Seminar in different domains and sub-themes given in the brochure.
Selected full research papers will be published in the form of edited e-book with ISBN Number, which will be distributed to all the registered participants presenting research papers in the Seminar.
Selected papers will also be published in a special issue of Prestige International Journal of Human Resource Management.
