Дедлайн: 01.11.2016

Додаткові умови: Up to $45,000 per year, per award, for up to three years.

Canada is recognized as a leader in building partnerships and uniting researchers of different nationalities and cultures in the shared pursuit of scientific excellence. As such, there is an obvious fit for our country to play a leadership role in opening up our health research community to newly arrived refugees.

The Government of Canada is offering doctoral or post-doctoral health research training awards to eligible refugees. These training awards are being provided in an effort to assist recently arrived refugees with their settlement process as well as to facilitate their re-entry into the research careers they left behind. The recipients of the awards will do their training in one of the eligible Canadian research institution, under the leadership of a researcher with an independent appointment.

This initiative will also strengthen the Canadian health research enterprise by adding new talent and fresh perspectives to our community of researchers.

The awards will support refugees for up to three years, beginning in spring of 2017.
