With the successful experience in the 1st and 2nd edition of ICVIP in Singapore and Hong Kong, we are proud to announce the 3rd International Conference on Video and Image Processing will take place on December 20-23, 2019 in Shanghai, China as a special session of ICIT 2019 (The 7th International Conference on Information Technology).
