About the role
At Arden University, you will be working with a dynamic team of academic lecturers and support staff.
We are looking for academics with a range teaching experiences (face to face and online).
Academics will also be keen to see others succeed, can work independently, are comfortable to deliver teaching using a range of multi-media platforms and flexible to fit with Arden’s active learning environment.

Essential Criteria
- Proven ability to deliver student-centred teaching
- Experience of teaching and assessing within the UK HE sector
- Have a teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one
- Have a minimum of a Masters level qualification and/or solid work experience within the area of criminology or criminal justice.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of teaching within an online or blended learning context
- Familiarity with Virtual Learning Environments and other technologies to support learning
- Ability to attend occasional staff training events
- Hold or be working towards a PhD
